Tips to get flatter stomach.


Getting rid of belly fat may be simpler and quicker than you may have thought- as long as you have the right plan.
Opt for monounsaturated. Fatty acids which may stop belly fat before it starts. Olive oil is MUFA rich, avocados and nuts are other excellent sources.
Drink green tea high in antantioxidants.
Choose foods.with a low glycemic index (GI) (with a rating of 55 or less) like beans, lentils and chickpeas, instead of high GI options like white rice and potatoes.
Meet daily recommended calcium levels (1000 mg for adults). When your body is low on calcium it produces a hormone that signals the body to store visceral fat.
Exercise right. Combine core exercises with cardio (running etc).
