A new smartphone app developed by UK doctors that helps people remember what they have eaten and encourage them not to eat any other high calorie food.

This new smartphone app developed by the UK doctors aims at promoting food memory so people are able to remember what they have eaten and encourage them not to any other high calorie food. This app has to be used in three parts, first part is that the user clicks the picture of his food before he eats it, secondly after finishing the meal, the individual looks at it and answer the question whether they finished it all and if they are full now. The last part is that before eating any further meals they look back at the pictures clicked in the course of the entire day and get a text message that urges them to remind them of the food they have eaten. The volunteers were able to lose 1.5 kilos on average during the study period.
