The 7 Dangerous Act after meal

#1 Don't smoke-Smoke after meal can be dangerous. experiment from experts proves that smoking a cigarette after meal is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes.  the chances of cancer is high.


#2 Don't eat fruits immediately -  Eating fruits are good for health but don't eat fruits Immediately after meals. it will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore take fruit 1-2 hr after meal or 1hr before meal.

#3  Don't drink tea - Because tea leaves contain a high content of acid. This substance will cause the Protein content in the food we consume to be hardened thus difficult to digest.

#4 Don't loosen your belt - Loosening the belt after a meal will easily cause the intestine to be twisted & blocked.

#5 Don't bathe - Bathing after meal will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs & body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease. This will weaken the digestive system in our stomach.


#6  Don't walk about - People always say that after a meal walk a hundred steps and you will live till 99. In actual fact this is not true. Walking will cause the digestive system to be unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we intake.


#7 Don't sleep immediately - The food we intake will not be able to digest properly. Thus will lead to gastric & infection in our intestine.

  3. Lay down on your left side in a semi fetal position.. place your left palm on oyu e neck under neath it.. and your right one between your legs so the palm is directly under your perineum (between your anus and the base of your penis if a man or anus and vaginal opening if a woman).

    then rest breathing normally and consciously...

    For added effect (BTW this is the technique Arnold Schwarzenegger attributes to his success in achieving so much so quickly in body building) visualize a ball of white light in the palm of each hand.. then a BEAM of white light between the two balls of light.

    Stay there for about 20 minutes.. if oyu fall asleep..don't worry. but this should not be your goal nor habit.

    After you get up have a hot cup of tea (preferably NOT black tea(orange pekoe) but something herbal that is digestive or just lemon and honey alone in hot water. Drinking this with your meal is ALSO HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

    THEN.. go for a nice walk outdoors.
